3. Project Requirements

To begin a project, you agree to provide:

• Your logo and brand assets
• Page content or notes
• Photos or media you want included
• Any required credentials (hosting, domain, WordPress access)

Delays in providing required materials may extend project timelines.

4. Payments & Billing

Payment terms are provided during project onboarding. Common terms include:

• A deposit to begin the project
• Final payment upon completion
• Optional monthly hosting or maintenance fees

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late or unpaid invoices may result in paused work or suspended hosting.

5. Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions. Major structural changes, additional pages, or new features requested after approval may require additional billing.

6. Website Ownership

Once the project is paid in full:

• You own your website
• You own your content
• You have full access to your WordPress admin
• You may move your site to any hosting provider

MIDI Web Design does not lock clients into proprietary systems.

We intend to EARN your business.

7. Hosting & Maintenance (Optional)

If you choose our hosting or maintenance services:

• We manage updates, backups, and security
• We may temporarily suspend hosting for unpaid invoices
• We may recommend upgrades if your site requires additional resources

You may cancel hosting at any time by requesting a migration.

8. Third‑Party Services

Your website may use third‑party tools such as:

• Plugins
• Analytics
• Email services
• Payment processors
• Security tools

We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third‑party providers.

9. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Compliance with applicable laws
• Copyright ownership of images, text, and media you provide

MIDI Web Design is not liable for content submitted by clients.

10. Website Security

We take reasonable steps to secure your website, including:

11. Limitation of Liability
